Program Length: (1 Year)

• We will provide one year of intensive counseling, training classes, mentoring, and support groups to prepare absentee fathers for the reunification with their children.
• Participating clients will be required to sign a commitment contract and be willing to abide by the custodial parents wishes concerning visitation and child safety.

• Men who have been absent from their children for less than five years.

• Responsibility training
• Support Group – Weekly meetings (Black Fathers Anonymous)
• Healthy marriage training
• Volunteer mentoring
• Mediation services
• Spiritual guidance (If requested)

Our goal should be to reach out to these men with love and support. We should resist the tempation to shame and coerce them. We have to always remember that many of these men were also raised without fathers.
